Nightmare on Steamboat is a free-to-download and play horror game featuring the iconic Disney character Mickey Mouse, albeit scarier than the original one due to possession. Taking place in an animation studio, the player gathers keys and papers while keeping an eye out on the possessed Mickey Mouse.
Unlock doors and gather papers
Flashlight in hand, the player explores the Steamboat Willie-inspired animation studio to find five sheets of paper and escape the studio in one piece. With Mickey Mouse roaming around the studio, the player must avoid the antagonist at all costs as getting caught will mean a restart.
Once the player finds all the papers, they must run outside of the now-flaming studio and head to the dock where a boat awaits them. There’s also a teal-colored pig floating on the sea, which some players may find strange or insignificant.

Overall, Nightmare on Steamboat turns the classic Mickey Mouse character into a horror antagonist, roaming the animation studio to catch players off guard. Since the game restarts every time the player is caught by Mickey Mouse, having to gather all five papers can be a drag at times.
